Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing information provided to the system

  • Ensuring operational details are accurate

  • Monitoring the use of the service within their business

CJ Intelligence is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by clients or generated by AI systems.

4. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted services, but we do not guarantee that the website or platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We may:

  • Update systems

  • Perform maintenance

  • Suspend services temporarily where necessary

5. Payments & Trials

Where applicable:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance

  • Free trials may be offered at our discretion

7. Client Content

Clients retain ownership of information, menus, operational details, and business content submitted to the platform.

By using the service, you grant CJ Intelligence permission to process and use submitted content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CJ Intelligence Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of revenue or profits

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of data

  • Customer disputes arising from AI-generated responses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for services during the previous 12 months.
